For over three decades, I served on the frontlines of U.S. national security -- leading teams, managing risk, and navigating global complexity in the shadow world of intelligence. That perspective shaped how I later led the CIA’s digital transformation as Deputy Director for Digital Innovation, overseeing cyber operations, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, open-source intelligence, and enterprise IT. My mission was to ensure America’s intelligence advantage in an increasingly digital and contested world. Along the way, I learned to lead through ambiguity, anticipate asymmetric threats, and protect what matters most -- the future.
Today, I bring those hard-earned lessons to audiences and organizations across sectors -- as a keynote speaker, board director, and advisor to CEOs and investors. I speak on the convergence of emerging technologies, global risk, and leadership in an era of disruption. Whether briefing executive teams, consulting with clients, or speaking on stage, I translate intelligence principles and global experience into practical insight -- helping leaders ask better questions, see around corners, and act with clarity. From spycraft to strategy, my goal is simple: to help others lead with purpose in the digital age.
